Key Requirements

• 10+ years in Microsoft solution architecture and presales/consulting roles.
• Strong expertise in:
• Azure AI & Azure OpenAI
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Copilot Studio
• Azure AI Foundry
• GitHub Copilot
• Power Platform
• Azure cloud architecture
• APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and containerization
• Experience designing and demonstrating Agentic AI, conversational AI, and intelligent workflow solutions.

Healthcare Domain Focus

• Healthcare payer and provider workflows
• Claims and Prior Authorization
• Care Management & Care Coordination
• Member Engagement
• Provider Workflows and Call Centers
• HIPAA, security, compliance, and governance requirements in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI presales activities including discovery, demos, PoCs, RFP/RFI responses, and executive presentations.
• Architect scalable AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies.
• Build healthcare-focused AI agents and copilots.
• Develop reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and demo assets.
• Mentor teams and provide thought leadership on Microsoft AI platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or Life Sciences AI delivery experience.
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AI orchestration, and AI/ML workflows.
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Copilot Specialist, or Power Platform Solution Architect.
• Enterprise Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, CHPS, or CAHIMS.
