Description of Services

Seeking a Senior Data Analyst with experience in business and data analysis, including leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes and analytical findings.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills with the ability to develop and execute complex queries and joins, perform data quality analysis, and translate business needs into actionable insights. Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, and performance measures to support data-driven decision-making is required

Candidate Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

• 8 years experience in IT, supporting the design, development, or delivery of technology solutions.
• 8 years experience with Integrated Eligibility systems, including full SDLC involvement (requirements through implementation).
• 8 years experience in business analysis and data analysis.
• 8 years experience conducting JAD sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes and data analysis findings.
• 8 years experience using SQL, including the ability to create and execute complex joins.
• 8 years experience analyzing data quality.
• 8 years experience designing dashboards, including measures and KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS).
