We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Dev & Support Lead with strong expertise in Mainframe Development, Production Support, and Distributed Systems Integration.

• 10+ years of Mainframe Development & Support
• COBOL
• JCL
• DB2
• CICS
• VSAM
• MQ
• Control-M
• ServiceNow
• ChangeMan
• Production Support (P1/P2 Incidents, RCA)
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Java & Microservices Integration
• Agile / SAFe / PI Planning
• Insurance or Financial Services experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Mainframe development and production support activities.
• Handle critical production incidents, RCA, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with Java, API, and Microservices teams.
• Drive automation, performance tuning, release management, and continuous improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, PI Planning, estimation, and capacity planning.
