• 15+ years of experience in:

• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) experience.
• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 Online and On-Premises solutions.
• Strong Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience including:

  • Solution Design
  • Development
  • Testing
  • Deployment
  • Training
  • Production Support
• Experience working in Agile environments.
