Human Resources Coordinator

Family Church seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support our Christ-centered, family-oriented ministry. This role manages HR administration, including onboarding, records, benefits coordination, and compliance. Responsibilities include recruiting support, posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting hiring managers. The coordinator maintains HRIS data, tracks time-off, and supports payroll processes. This role also assists with training logistics, performance review coordination, volunteer and staff care initiatives, and HR communications, helping foster a diverse, collaborative, gospel-centered culture across multiple campuses.
