The Role • Operate, set up, and monitor corrugated board production machinery. • Support maintenance and repair activities. • Monitor production data for machine and material flow. • Conduct manufacturing and quality control checks. • Work collaboratively within the production team. What You'll Need • Prior experience as a machine and plant operator, or strong technical aptitude as a career changer. • Ability to work independently and reliably, including with maintenance tasks. • A keen eye for quality and detail. • Flexibility and a strong team player mentality. • Willingness to work in a shift schedule.
