NOC Observability & Dashboard Engineering Specialist

• Highly analytical and operationally focused NOC Observability Specialist responsible for designing, building, and maintaining meaningful operational dashboards across platforms including New Relic, Conviva, Mux, and Orion.
• This role will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, SRE teams, and Operations teams to transform telemetry, monitoring, and platform data into actionable operational intelligence.
• The ideal candidate must understand how to represent ecosystem health, customer experience, platform reliability, incident trends, streaming quality, infrastructure stability, and business-impacting KPIs through clear and operationally relevant dashboards. This is not a passive monitoring role. The expectation is to proactively identify observability gaps, improve operational visibility, and drive data-informed decision making.
