Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Agile to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale technology initiatives.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, product, engineering, and external vendors.

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with key stakeholders.

• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project governance standards.

• Prepare executive-level status reports and communicate project progress effectively.

• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex technology projects.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid delivery models.

• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
