First-Line IT Support Specialist (Contract)

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 3-6 month contract to provide first-level IT support to end users. You will handle incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensure SLAs are met, and assist with account administration and remote support.

Ideal candidates have Level 1 Service Desk experience, strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory, plus ITSM tooling experience.
