Job Description

Position: Experienced/Senior Civil Engineer - Water Infrastructure

Location: Brisbane, Australia

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical design and project outcomes across water infrastructure projects.
  • Manage project tasks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
  • Contribute to proposals, tenders, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations.
  • Support the commercial success of projects and the broader team.
  • Apply sound project management principles to achieve successful project outcomes.
About You
  • 5-10 years of experience in water infrastructure design and delivery.
  • RPEQ accreditation (or ability to obtain).
  • Experience in technical delivery, project management, and client engagement.
  • Design experience across water infrastructure projects, including buried pipelines, pump stations, intakes, and water retaining structures.
  • Well developed communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for delivering high quality technical outcomes and developing trusted client relationships.
