TCS Mumbai hiring for Project Manager(Banking/Payments Domain) !


Role: Project Manager(Banking/Payments Domain)

Experience required: 7 to 15 years

Location:- Mumbai



Required Technical Skillset:-

  • Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products Implementation.
  • Implements process improvement initiatives and improves customer satisfaction
  • Manages Cost and Budgets
  • Capable to handle multiple releases in large programs

Must Have Skills:-

  • Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products implementation
  • Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding
  • Good analytical abilities
  • Good Communication and Senior Management Reporting skills
  • Good Team Player and able to management large teams


Roles and Responsibilities:-


  • Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage
  • Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantage
  • Prepare and tracks release management - covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracks
  • Conducts daily scums - to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution.
  • Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality.
  • Encourage teams to increase productivity!
  • Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt.
  • Alignment TCS delivery process
