Curriculum Developer (C) - STIC with Security Clearance

Job Overview: Supports the Special Tactics Training Squadron by providing instruction, curriculum support, or educational development services in accordance with contract requirements. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain training curricula and instructional materials.
* Analyze training requirements and learning objectives.
* Support curriculum reviews and updates.
* Coordinate with instructors and stakeholders.

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Minimum Requirements/Education: * BA/BS in Educational Design or related field.
* Minimum 5 years DoD instructional design/curriculum development experience.
Security Requirement: * Active Secret Clearance
Travel Required: CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required.
