Job Description

IIFL Capital Services Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive partner acquisition and revenue growth through digital channels. The role involves generating qualified leads, managing the end-to-end digital sales funnel, engaging with prospective clients virtually, and working closely with marketing and business teams to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills, experience in digital sales, CRM management, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. Should have experience leveraging digital channels to generate and convert leads. They are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, managing a structured sales pipeline, and using CRM and sales automation tools to consistently deliver revenue growth while providing an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Drive new partner acquisition through digital channels.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound B2B leads.

Conduct virtual sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.

Develop customized solutions based on client business requirements.

Lead Management

Engage with marketing-generated leads and improve lead conversion.

Prospect through LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, referrals, and digital outreach.

Track customer interactions using CRM systems.

Follow structured lead nurturing and follow-up processes.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions.

Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Collaborate with Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding.

Sales Operations

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Monitor key sales metrics including conversion rates, win rates, and sales cycle.

Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Ensure CRM hygiene and timely updates.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.

Work with Product teams to communicate customer feedback.

Coordinate with Operations for smooth execution and onboarding.


Required Qualifications

Graduate or MBA from a reputed institution preferred.


Experience

12-18 years of experience in B2B sales, with significant exposure to digital or inside sales. Experience selling technology, financial products, SaaS, or enterprise solutions is preferred.
