Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced GRC Developer – ServiceNow to join our client''''s team on a long-term remote contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation, customization, and integration, with a strong background in the telecommunications industry.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including:

  • Risk Management

  • Policy & Compliance

  • Audit Management

  • Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

  • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)

• Strong ServiceNow development and customization experience.

• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

• Active ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.

• Active ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification.

• Telecommunications domain experience is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
