The Role • Oversee nursing and care processes, ensuring compliance with professional, legal, and quality standards. • Develop staffing schedules and manage vacation planning. • Ensure and maintain the highest standards of care quality. • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, their families, and care insurance providers. • Lead and manage the care team with a focus on appreciation and motivation. • Manage the nursing care level system. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a registered nurse in geriatric or general healthcare. • Further qualification as a senior nursing professional. • Up-to-date professional nursing expertise. • Proven leadership and organizational skills. • Proficiency in computer applications. • Strong communication, customer orientation, and empathy when interacting with residents and their families. • A passion for contributing to and developing the organization's care concept.
