Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and server administration within a large-scale IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Linux, networking, and enterprise infrastructure operations. This role involves maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing systems while supporting cloud modernization and application hosting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Support and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise servers, infrastructure, and applications.
• Perform server installation, configuration, patching, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Monitor system availability, security, capacity, and overall infrastructure health.
• Troubleshoot server, network, application, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Manage Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support application deployments and enterprise hosting environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Automate administrative tasks and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in on-call support and after-hours maintenance activities as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-8 years of Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• 3-5 years supporting enterprise infrastructure, systems operations, and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Experience administering IIS web servers.
• Strong experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting Linux environments (Red Hat and Ubuntu).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, NTFS permissions, and Samba/CIFS.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
