Responsibilities

• Manage administrative law, merits reviews, and judicial review proceedings across Federal and Superior State courts and the ART.
• Advise Commonwealth and State government departments, regulators on statutory compliance, executive powers, and liability exposure.
• Regularly appear in hearings, be involved in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes as well as mediations.

About You

Experience with the NDIS, public law, administrative law, or government-focused civil litigation. Gained from a firm or government department. Strong drafting and statutory interpretation skills a must!
