IT Procurement Project Manager

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or IT Project Manager.
• 10+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and communicating business requirements and user stories.
• 10+ years of experience creating business requirements, process flows, workflows, and functional documentation.
• 10+ years of experience managing multiple projects, project teams, and project work plans.
• 10+ years of experience working within a State Government environment.
• 10+ years of experience developing IT procurement documents, including RFPs and solicitations for software and professional services.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Mississippi Purchasing Agent (CMPA) certification.
• Experience supporting public sector IT modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
