Hospice Account Executive

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Account Executive in Fort Worth to drive growth of our hospice services. In this field-based role, you will build and manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and other referral sources, educating them on hospice eligibility, benefits, and HCA's patient-centered care. You will conduct on-site visits, deliver presentations, and support families and providers through the referral process. Collaborating closely with clinical and admissions teams, you'll help ensure timely, appropriate referrals while representing HCA's compassionate, compliant, and ethical approach to end-of-life care.
