This role sits at the centre of that shift to help the company achieve number one status within its market.This manufacturing has blue chip clients across the UK and Europe, looking to expand their manufacturing / design team due to an increase of demand.The ideal candidate will come a fabrication background, with a good understanding of manufacturing, estimating & design processes.This is a fantastic chance to join an established manufacturer, offering development, progression and where you play a pivotal role in the companies growthThe Role:

• Take ownership of projects from the initial customer enquiry through to design, manufacture and completion
• Develop initial concept drawings based on customer requirements
• Ask the right questions to establish exactly what the customer needs

The Person:

• Have experience using SolidWorks
• Have a good understanding of different steel sections and their applications
• Have some sales/customer-facing experience and be comfortable dealing directly with customers
