The Role • Operating, setting up, and monitoring corrugated board machinery. • Assisting with maintenance and repair tasks. • Verifying production data for machine and material flow. • Performing manufacturing and quality control checks. What You'll Need • Previous experience as a Machine and Plant Operator, or relevant technical aptitude as a career changer. • Appreciation for short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies. • Team player with flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility. • High quality awareness. • Willingness to work in a shift system.
