We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize our Salesforce platform in a SaaS environment. This role focuses on managing Salesforce CPQ, supporting use-case driven workflows, and ensuring the platform scales effectively with business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across sales, operations, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support SaaS business processes
  • Manage and support Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, approvals, and quoting workflows
  • Translate business use cases into Salesforce solutions using standard configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports)
  • Support use case management, ensuring Salesforce processes align with real-world business scenarios and user needs
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve system usability and adoption
  • Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and data integrity
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and leadership visibility
  • Support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and other SaaS tools
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:-

  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS environment
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ (products, price books, discounting, approvals)
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements and use cases into scalable Salesforce configurations
  • Experience supporting sales and customer lifecycle processes within Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:-

  • Exposure to multi-system SaaS environments and API-based integrations
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Experience supporting revenue operations or quote-to-cash processes

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Boomi (Dell Boomi) for integrations and data synchronization
