Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehousing
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end data integration, warehouse, and reporting solutions
• Advanced Microsoft SQL Server and SQL development, including complex queries, dynamic SQL, stored procedures, optimization, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and SSIS for ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Strong experience designing conceptual, logical, physical, relational, and dimensional data models
• Experience with fact/dimension tables, star schemas, Data Vault, and normalized 3NF structures
• Experience developing and optimizing enterprise data warehouses and data marts
• Strong Power BI experience, including dashboards, paginated reports, Power BI Desktop, and Report Builder
• Experience with SSRS and operational/analytical reporting solutions
• Experience deploying and supporting data solutions in Microsoft Azure
• Ability to build and support batch and near-real-time data pipelines
• Experience monitoring data loads, resolving pipeline failures, and maintaining data quality, reliability, and scalability
• Experience using AI/ML solutions or LLM APIs for data quality, transformation automation, predictive analytics, or data modeling
• Strong requirements gathering, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and multi-project management skills

Preferred

• Python, Terraform, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrations
• Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Snowflake, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift
• .NET, predictive analytics, applied statistics, or Azure administration
