"Account Executive" - Riverwoods, IL (Remote) - Only W2

Title: Account Executive

Location: Riverwoods, IL or Remote

Language Proficiency: Bilingual (Spanish MUST HAVE)

• At least 5 years of experience playing a similar role with strong domain knowledge in issuing, acquiring, network operations & end-to-end Payment transaction flows.
• Act as primary operational point of contact providing day-to-day BAU support for partners (acquirers, payment processors & aggregators).
• Ability to manage partner relationships and resolve complex issues for card transaction processing, interchange fees, settlement, disputes and file transfer ensuring timely & accurate resolution.
• Co-ordinate & complete semi-annual release certification to ensure compliance & readiness.
• Play an imperative role in ensuring participants maintain compliance & remain in alignment with contractual agreements.
• Lead, coordinate & manage onboarding a new participant to the network and decommissioning a participant from the network.
• Execute strategic initiatives (infrastructure/ data center moves, router upgrades, system migrations, acceptance improvement, product/ regulatory implementations) by collaborating with internal teams and partners.
• Report & track all system issues impacting partners and recommend improvements when necessary.
• Address and resolve BAU operational challenges to maintain seamless payments operations.
