Maintenance Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Sheffield! Role Summary:

React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA's.<br />Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to a high standard.<br />Test and diagnose power quality issues.<br />Weekly / monthly PPMs<br />Liaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs &amp; ensure works have been carried out in line with CBRE policies.<br />Monitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment regularly.<br />Determine the root cause and action items required to restore availability and prevent a recurrence.<br />Accurately maintain site work logs &amp; paperwork.<br />Other duties as and when required.

Hours Monday - Friday.<br />8am - 5pm.<br />Overtime &amp; Weekend flexibility needed.<br />On-Call schedule available.

Qualifications &amp; Experience 18th Edition<br />Experience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use<br />FM experience advantageous<br />Knowledge of Health &amp; Safety policies.<br />Email for more information or apply now!
