This role is pivotal as a Tester focusing on enhancing the quality of ServiceNow implementations within a hybrid work environment based in Sydney. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the service platform while collaborating closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
