Job Description

Senior Staff Lead Radar Integration & Test Engineer | DeWitt, NY, United States | Remote | $115,700-$150,500

We're hiring on behalf of a globally recognized leader in defense and security solutions, dedicated to helping nations maintain safety and security through advanced technology. The Role

  • Lead integration and test program planning and execution for verification and validation activities.
  • Develop and execute complex software and/or hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
  • Spearhead complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools.
  • Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and coaching to less-experienced engineers.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to understand customer requirements and establish test criteria.
  • Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and write comprehensive test reports.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, primarily in a Test Engineering role.
  • Proven experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
  • Demonstrated background in Radar-focused software and hardware system integration and test activities.
  • Hands-on experience with Radar Systems and proficiency in functional and performance testing.
  • Experience with C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development/systems analysis.
