Responsibilities:
- Independently handle a busy personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or verdict.
- Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials.
- Long-term commitment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Experience:
- 3+ years of personal injury or relevant litigation experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
- Jury trial experience is a strong plus.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience.
- Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.
