What You\'ll Be Doing
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality, precise components
Read and follow detailed blueprints and job instructions
Ensure parts meet exact specifications and quality standards
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality assurance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What We\'re Looking For
CNC machining experience required
Experience working with metals is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
