Description:

• Manage and support Mimecast email security solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (M365) email security and Exchange Online.
• Configure email filtering, anti-spam, anti-phishing, and malware protection.
• Monitor and investigate email security threats and incidents.
• Manage email security policies, rules, and user access.
• Troubleshoot mail flow and delivery issues.
• Work with security and IT teams to improve email protection.
• Support security best practices and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Mimecast.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online.
• Understanding of email security, phishing, spam, and malware.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
