Competitive market rates We are looking for an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead a global Identity Governance &amp; Administration (IGA) implementation programme.

This role will focus on delivering a new strategic identity solution across a large and complex organisation, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities Lead the delivery of a global IGA programme<br />Manage third-party delivery partners and internal teams<br />Drive Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) process design<br />Oversee integrations across HR systems, Active Directory/Entra and security platforms<br />Support application onboarding and access governance activities<br />Manage programme plans, risks and stakeholder reporting<br />Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout delivery<br />Desired Skills Experience delivering IGA solutions such as:<br />One Identity<br />SailPoint<br />Saviynt<br />Strong Project or Programme Management experience<br />Experience managing large-scale technology programmes<br />Strong stakeholder management skills<br />Understanding of identity and access management principles<br />Prince2, PMP, MSP or equivalent qualifications preferred<br />Desirable Experience with One Identity Identity Manager<br />Retail or Financial Services experience<br />Knowledge of cloud identity platforms and security environments<br />Package Competitive market rates<br />Initial 3–6 month contract<br />Potential contract extension<br />Hybrid working (3 days onsite)<br />Opportunity to join a major identity transformation programme
