Plant Room Engineer £60,000 Basic + Company Benefits Fully Expensed Company Vehicle Monday - Friday - Day Shift Field Based - Covering London We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical biased maintenance engineering to join a growing team responsible for installation and maintenance of mid / large commercial plant rooms across facilities in London. What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out planned maintenance on mechanical plant equipment - pumps, valves, heat exchangers, chp's, boilers, chillers, HVAC, tanks, pressurisation units.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across heating and plant systems
• Responding to breakdowns and restoring services as quickly as possible
• Supporting small projects and plant upgrades
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with procedures
• Keeping accurate maintenance records and reports What we’re looking for
• Experience working in plant rooms or similar environments
• Experience maintaining commercial mechanical systems
• Understanding of fault finding and repair on plant equipment
