The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during roadside incidents. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault diagnosis. • Start and finish your work day from home, managing demand-led shifts. • Act as a proud ambassador for the brand, combining technical expertise with outstanding member service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence.
