Job Description

• Role must have technical and functional knowledge in Baan 5.
• Recommend at least expertise in one of the main functional areas.
• Additional knowledge of exchange and integration patterns also desired.
• Overall, will be responsible for leading creation of new Baan 5 company, migrating relevant data (with informatica team supporting), validating appropriate load, validating functionality, supporting SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Warranty.

Responsibilities:

• As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform.
• You will collaborate closely with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that supports the client value proposition and business case.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating influencing and advisory skills.
• You will take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Master proficiency in Infor is required.
• Master proficiency in Infor OS is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis is suggested.
• Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that align with client business objectives and technology strategies.
• Provide advanced guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Engage with stakeholders across various functions to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution quality and delivery efficiency.

Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
