Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Executive Transformation Consultant in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate organizational structures, operating models, decision-making processes, and leadership responsibilities
* Identify inefficiencies, communication gaps, unclear ownership, and opportunities for improvement
* Develop recommendations that improve accountability, organizational effectiveness, and business outcomes
* Create actionable transformation plans and lead execution efforts
* Coach leaders on executive-level communication and presentation effectiveness
* Improve the quality, clarity, and impact of executive updates, reports, presentations, and status communications
* Help leaders communicate business outcomes, risks, decisions, and accountability in a concise and effective manner
* Provide direct, candid feedback to leaders to strengthen executive presence and communication skills
* Help clarify leadership responsibilities and ownership across programs, portfolios, and delivery organizations
* Support the transition of accountability to appropriate leadership levels
* Influence and coach leaders to adopt new expectations, behaviors, and operating practices
* Facilitate difficult conversations and help address resistance to change
* Evaluate meeting structures, reporting processes, escalation paths, and governance practices
* Recommend improvements that streamline communication, eliminate unnecessary work, and increase organizational efficiency
* Establish sustainable reporting and communication frameworks
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in organizational consulting, business transformation, executive advisory, or enterprise change leadership roles
* Experience operating at the Director, Senior Director, Vice President, Principal Consultant, or equivalent level
* Proven success leading organizational change initiatives within large enterprise environments
* Demonstrated ability to assess organizations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement change
* Strong executive communication and presentation development skills
* Experience coaching leaders and influencing senior stakeholders
* Ability to operate independently with minimal direction
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
* Comfortable providing direct feedback and challenging existing ways of working when necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
* Management consulting background
* Experience supporting complex technology, operations, shared services, or enterprise delivery organizations
* Experience developing executive reporting frameworks and governance models
* Familiarity with modern collaboration, reporting, and project delivery tools
* Exposure to AI-enabled productivity and communication tools
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* A former executive, transformation leader, or principal consultant
* Highly proactive and self-directed
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity
* Skilled at diagnosing problems and driving solutions
* Politically savvy while remaining direct and objective
* Respected by senior leaders and capable of influencing change
* Comfortable challenging teams and holding leaders accountable when required
* Focused on implementation and measurable outcomes rather than recommendations alone
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
