What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure. • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
