We are seeking senior consulting professionals to assess and redesign a county government's enterprise governance and operating model. The engagement focuses on organizational effectiveness, governance, business process standardization, and executive decision making, with Workday serving as the enabling platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional business process workshops.
• Assess finance, procurement, HR, budgeting, grants, and approval processes.
• Identify process fragmentation and standardization opportunities.
• Develop business capability maps, RACI models, and future-state recommendations.
• Partner with executive leadership and the Workday Architect.
• Required Qualifications
• 10+ years in business architecture or operating model consulting.
• Strong process transformation experience.
• Workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Enterprise capability modeling experience.
• Public sector and ERP transformation experience preferred.
