This contract role focuses on enhancing and optimising a OneCouncil platform across Finance and Assets/Works. You will blend deep TechnologyOne CES functional expertise with strong business analysis capability to shape requirements, configure solutions and support delivery through to handover.

A cross-functional applications and delivery team, partnering closely with business module owners and coordinating with vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Gather and document business requirements and translate into functional specifications
• Configure and support TechnologyOne CES modules (Finance, Procurement, Asset Management)
• Provide functional solution design input, including process improvements and optimisation
• Support testing activities including UAT planning, defect triage and go-live readiness
• Coordinate with vendors to align delivery to agreed designs and quality expectations
• Produce handover documentation and support operational transition

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong TechnologyOne CES functional experience, ideally across Finance and Assets/Works (and/or Procurement)
• Demonstrated BA capability - workshops, process mapping, requirements definition and stakeholder management
• Experience supporting integrations and associated delivery activities (ERP integration exposure)
• Confidence supporting UAT, cutover readiness and post-implementation support
• Local government or council ERP environment experience is highly desirable
