The Role • Operate and manage production machinery of similar types, ensuring operational targets are met. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production runs or setup processes. • Ensure high-quality standards through checklist adherence and corrective actions. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time bookings, ideally with SAP experience. • Support maintenance staff with repair and upkeep tasks. • Conduct independent machine maintenance according to guidelines. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a packaging technologist, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or equivalent qualification. • Previous relevant work experience is desirable. • Proficiency in quality and hygiene standards. • Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus. • Strong communication skills in German. • Willingness to work in shift operations (3-shift, optional 4-shift).
