The Role • Perform high-quality welding on switch components, including track crossings. • Execute MAG welding on metal structures according to technical specifications. • Weld seams on components and assemblies. • Read and interpret technical drawings to guide work. • Conduct visual inspections of welded components for quality assurance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, metal worker, locksmith, or in a related metalworking trade. • Demonstrated welding knowledge, ideally with valid welding certifications in MIG, MAG, and E-welding. • Previous experience in welding seams and metal structures. • Ability to read and execute technical drawings. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system. • Flexibility and physical resilience.
