Job Summary
We are seeking a *SOC Analyst 2* with experience in *Security Operations Center (SOC), SIEM monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, and cybersecurity operations. The ideal candidate will monitor security events, investigate alerts, analyze logs, support incident response, and help protect the organization''s IT infrastructure. Candidates must be willing to work **full-time onsite* in Harrisburg and support *24x7 rotating shifts*.

Responsibilities
* Monitor security events and investigate alerts.
* Analyze logs, endpoint telemetry, and network traffic to identify threats.
* Perform threat hunting and incident response.
* Create and improve SOC playbooks and SOPs.
* Tune SIEM detection rules to reduce false positives.
* Document security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
* Monitor external threat intelligence sources.
* Support 24x7 SOC operations and security incident resolution.
