IT Support Engineer

A well-established international manufacturing organisation is looking to add an experienced IT Support Engineer to its UK IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on technical role covering server support and some infrastructure, security, Microsoft technologies and end-user computing within a growing business.

You'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organisation's IT environment, working across:

Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy)<br />Server, storage, backup and monitoring infrastructure<br />Server patching, security hardening and vulnerability remediation<br />Virtualisation technologies (VMware/vSphere)<br />Desktop and laptop support<br />Endpoint management and device support<br />Backup and disaster recovery processes<br />Technical documentation and asset management<br />BAU support and ticket resolution within agreed service levels.
