Reactjs Developer_ W2- Onsite for NJ

Position Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ (4 days for now but expectation is 5 days Onsite)

Duration: 8-month duration with 6-month RTH based on performance

Rate –

$70/hr Max for 602 conversions

Visa – TN (Canadian) -EAD

Interview process: 1 round onsite interview is highly preferred however, open to zoom interview if needed- coding assessment (in person)

80% react 20% Java

Must have:

This project is under CCB payment domain. This team represents the UX part of the application.

Currenting migrating from monolithic application to new microservices based architecture

Mostly this person will be working on React development and some knowledge and experience with Java, Springboot

Playwright and selenium experience is must have

Typescript experience is must have

- 80% front 20% back

- Front end web development

- AI tool knowledge would be highly required not very hands-on

- 2-3 plus years of exp.

Some Payment experience in banking/financial domain will be icing on a cake.

Nice to have:

- AWS experience or knowledge

Job Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.

• Create secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.

• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.

• Gather analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems.

• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.

• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.

• Working proficiency in Full Stack toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software

• Demonstrated expertise and experience in key web technologies and their non-functional requirements. (Must have)

• Should have experience with React, TypeScript, UI design systems, ADA compliance, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright automation, and content management systems is highly desirable.

• Know the TDD approach of designing micro services and writing JUnit test cases using any mocking framework, as well as good exposure to performance tuning java micro services

• Understanding of the enterprise web application design, build and overall deployment lifecycle, including tools such as Webpack and Rollup, as well as application/libraries version control.

• Strong capability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, ADA, design, UX, and user research, to deliver impactful products.

• Strong Core Java and Java Web Application development knowledge (Good to have)
