The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We’re looking for an exemplary Product Marketer to lead growth experimentation for the LinkedIn Premium subscription business. As a Growth Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth for the Premium subscription portfolio - across offerings for SMBs and Consumers. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the subscription acquisition and retention funnel across marketing channels and product touchpoints to deliver the right message, with the right offer, to the right customer at the right time. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the customer journey is consistent, and help customers understand how LinkedIn Premium’s experiences can help them achieve their goals. You have demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy through to detailed execution and performance measurement. Deeply understand target audience segments - across SMBs and Consumers - and their lifecycle experience including consideration, conversion, onboarding Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, and marketing teams to optimize upsell, sign up, and onboarding flows for the best possible subscriber experience Rigorously test and optimize copy, creative, and messaging to drive business growth via new subscriber acquisition and retention, in marketing channels and in-product surfaces Build and maintain a backlog of hypothesis-driven growth experiments across web and mobile platforms Collaborate with data science and marketing analytics teams on targeting, segmentation, reporting, and ad hoc analysis to ensure world-class experimentation design, driving business outcomes and informing future experiments 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, consulting, or related field analyzing and translating data into business impact and customer insights; BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong attention to and command of detail, and project management skills to focus on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines Great collaboration skills to connect with wide set of cross-functional teams (product management, design, and data science teams); experience building new connections quickly and working together to craft a more fully realized answer Demonstrated experience operating proactively in ambiguity, self-starter who can manage through open-ended situations in a fast-paced startup environment able to distill complex concepts into clear and concise language for senior-level management and various stakeholders Marketing Data analysis LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
