Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Choice Cascade SME / Project Director to support a federal healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have deep consulting experience across government, non-profit, and commercial healthcare organizations, with strong expertise in the CDC ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with the Strategic Choice Cascade (SCC) methodology.
• Experience delivering at least three Strategic Choice Cascade projects for two or more federal agencies, including the CDC.
• Experience supporting CDC infectious disease, non-infectious disease, and back-office functions.
• Project Director or senior consulting experience leading strategic planning initiatives.
• Master''s degree (MA) or equivalent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
