ReactJS + Java backend

Location: Austin, TX. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Build reusable React components and scalable UI architecture.
• Develop secure and high-performance Java Spring Boot microservices.
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews.
• Implement REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and establish engineering best practices.

Required Experience

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on React JS development.
• Minimum 5+ years of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• Strong experience in production support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and containerization.
