Compensation:
Pay Range: $49.00-$70.00 Per HR

Job Summary:
• This position involves leading a significant project in the capital markets sector.
• The role is based in the United States and requires a hybrid work arrangement. 
• The successful candidate will manage project deliverables and collaborate with senior leaders using generic project management and risk management technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead transformation and change management initiatives in capital markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to derive and document business requirements.
• Manage dependencies and work closely with various teams to ensure project alignment.
• Identify and resolve challenges proactively, escalating issues as needed.
• Produce project updates and maintain strong relationships across teams.

Qualifications:
• 10-15 years of industry experience in strategic project management.
• Strong background in market risk and familiarity with risk management models.
• Experience with regulatory initiatives in the financial sector.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
