Job Description

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements for development teams.
  • Conduct requirement walkthroughs and obtain stakeholder approval.
  • Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Documentation & Solution Design

Develop and maintain:

  1. Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  1. Technical Requirement Documents (TRD)
  2. Use Cases
  3. User Stories
  4. Process Flows
  5. Functional Specifications
  6. Data Mapping Documents
  • Create workflow diagrams and business process models.
  • Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Data Analysis & Data Mapping:

  • Perform source-to-target data mapping and data validation.
  • Analyze business data requirements and document transformation rules.
  • Write and execute Oracle SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
  • Partner with development and QA teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives.

Agile Delivery & JIRA Management

  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams to refine requirements and manage delivery.
  • Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to prioritize requirements.
  • Track project progress and support issue resolution.

Stakeholder Communication & Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users, project teams, and technology groups.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.

Testing & Validation Support:

  • Support development teams in clarifying requirements during implementation.
  • Review test scenarios, test cases, and business validation criteria.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements.
  • Coordinate defect triage and resolution activities.

Integration & Technical Support:

  • Collaborate with development teams on system integration requirements.
  • Understand and document data flow between applications.
  • Support analysis of API, Kafka-based messaging, and integration solutions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysis.
