Job Description
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements for development teams.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and obtain stakeholder approval.
- Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Documentation & Solution Design
Develop and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Technical Requirement Documents (TRD)
- Use Cases
- User Stories
- Process Flows
- Functional Specifications
- Data Mapping Documents
- Create workflow diagrams and business process models.
- Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Analysis & Data Mapping:
- Perform source-to-target data mapping and data validation.
- Analyze business data requirements and document transformation rules.
- Write and execute Oracle SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
- Partner with development and QA teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives.
Agile Delivery & JIRA Management
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to refine requirements and manage delivery.
- Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to prioritize requirements.
- Track project progress and support issue resolution.
Stakeholder Communication & Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, project teams, and technology groups.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships across business and technical teams.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.
Testing & Validation Support:
- Support development teams in clarifying requirements during implementation.
- Review test scenarios, test cases, and business validation criteria.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements.
- Coordinate defect triage and resolution activities.
Integration & Technical Support:
- Collaborate with development teams on system integration requirements.
- Understand and document data flow between applications.
- Support analysis of API, Kafka-based messaging, and integration solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysis.
