responsibilities:
Our Client is seeking an Epic Application Analyst II to support its expedited Epic Willow Inventory implementation for inpatient pharmacy operations. The analysts will provide hands-on Willow design, configuration, build, testing, implementation, and go-live support as the organization transitions inventory workflows from Lawson to Epic ahead of the planned July 2027 project completion. Responsibilities include supporting medication inventory levels, par configuration, reorder processes, receiving, inventory balance activities, and barcode-enabled workflows. Candidates must have relevant Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inventory experience. Epic Willow Inventory certification is strongly preferred based on manager guidance, but was not identified as an absolute requirement. The positions may be fully remote, with local candidates preferred for occasional onsite collaboration and limited go-live travel.
qualifications:
Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inventory workflows.
Experience with Epic application design, configuration, build, testing, and implementation.
Experience supporting inpatient pharmacy inventory workflows within Epic.
Experience with medication inventory, receiving, inventory balances, par levels, reorder processes, and related pharmacy workflows.
Ability to support an expedited Epic Willow Inventory implementation through July 2027.
Ability to collaborate with Pharmacy, Digital Applications, and project stakeholders.
Ability to provide go-live support, including limited travel if required.
Ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment.
Preferred Requirements:
Epic Willow Inventory certification strongly preferred.
Experience implementing Epic Willow Inventory from build through go-live.
Experience transitioning pharmacy inventory workflows from Lawson to Epic.
Experience with barcode-enabled medication receiving and inventory management.
