The Role • Preparation, execution, and supervision of municipal civil engineering and construction projects. • Billing for construction projects and subsidies. • Planning and management of investments within the area of responsibility. • Procurement and execution of construction services in accordance with VOB and contract law. • Maintenance of municipal buildings and facilities. • Advising on building code and planning law matters. What You'll Need • Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification. • Alternatively, administrative training with relevant professional experience in civil or structural engineering. • Knowledge of construction and planning law, as well as procurement and contract management. • Basic technical understanding. • Proficient in using IT applications. • Driver's license class B. • Willingness to attend appointments outside of regular working hours.
